CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE POLICIES
1. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted at least 7 days prior to the tour, experience, or trip date with a full or partial refund. Some refunds may incur administrative fees during the process, resulting from charges or percentages levied by banking institutions or similar entities.
2. Cancellations with partial penalty
Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the date of the tour, experience or trip: between 40% and 90% will be retained depending on the case, derived from operational expenses and advance reservations to suppliers, guides or transportation reservation.
In case of rescheduling within this period, an administrative charge of 10% to 30% of the total tour, experience or trip may apply, subject to availability.
3. Last minute cancellations or no-shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show on the day of the tour, NO REFUND APPLIES, as the services have already been fully committed (guide, transportation, entrance fees, etc.)
4. Date modifications
One date change per reservation is permitted free of charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. Any changes made after this time will be considered a cancellation and a new reservation.
5. Cancellations due to force majeure
If the tour cannot be carried out due to extreme weather conditions, safety issues, or a decision by the operator, the client will be offered:
a) Reschedule at no cost, or
b) Receive a full refund.
If the customer presents a VERIFIABLE emergency such as illness, canceled flight, or other force majeure event, each case will be evaluated individually to offer a credit or partial refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 30 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the supplier has more restrictive policies, their terms and conditions will apply.
