OLO Experiences offers tourism, cultural, gastronomic, adventure, nature, luxury, wellness, and entertainment experiences, both private and for families and groups. Each service is subject to availability and may vary depending on the season, weather, or external conditions.
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations must be made through the official OLO Experiences channels.
To confirm participation, full or partial payment is required, depending on the experience.
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: partial refund (less administrative fees).
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: no refund will be issued.
In case of cancellation by OLO Experiences, a date change or refund will be offered depending on the particular case.
5. Responsibility
OLO Experiences acts as an intermediary between suppliers and clients. It is not responsible for losses, accidents, or damages beyond its direct control. Travel and health insurance are recommended.
6. Use of the Website
The content of this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of OLO Experiences. Its reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
